Terms & Conditions

The guest hereby acknowledges that all and every loss/damage occasioned to the room and/or its contents let to them will be their sole responsibility and they hereby indemnify the proprietors against such loss/damage. This loss could include loss of income suffered by the proprietor if the damage caused by the guest results in the room not being able to be used. Smoking in rooms and on balconies is considered to be damage and a cleaning surcharge will be charged to your account.

Pets/animals are not permitted on this property. (Health Regulations Apply)

Payment Policy

A surcharge applies for Easter, Long Weekends, Public Holidays and Special Events.

Reservations & Deposit Requirements 
Credit Card details or for a group booking a deposit of 50% is required upon booking to confirm and hold reservations.

Smoking/Loss/Damage 
Smoking, of ANY sort, is strictly prohibited inside the guest rooms and on the balcony. You will be required to accept further specific Terms & Conditions as part of the reservation process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations inside of 24 hours of check in date will incur a charge of the full price of the booking.

Public holidays and special events cancellation inside 72 hours of check in date will incur a charge of the full price of the booking.
